1. Introduction

Welcome to the SKIDOOMY platform (https://skidoomy.com/). These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms of access and use of the SKIDOOMY e-learning platform, as well as the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter “Users”).

They cover in particular:

• Account creation and management
• Access to educational content
• Use of digital and artificial intelligence tools
• Intellectual property
• Codes of conduct

By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy.

2. Access to the platform

2.1 Visitor user: Access to certain parts of the platform is free and open without creating an account. However, some features (courses, certifications, interactions) are limited.

2.2 Registered user: Full access to services requires creating a user account (Learner / Instructor / Partner).

3. Registration requirements

To create an account, you must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and accept these Terms. For minors (16–18), parental authorization may be required.

4. Account suspension and deletion

SKIDOOMY may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or false information. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

5. User obligations

You agree not to publish illegal content, impersonate a third party, compromise platform security, or collect other users’ data. Any breach may result in immediate sanctions.

6. Community space and conduct

Community spaces are based on respect, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. You agree to post relevant content and not to distribute spam or abusive advertising.

7. Use of artificial intelligence

SKIDOOMY may use AI tools to personalize learning. Users may use the provided AI tools provided they verify the relevance of results, which may be imperfect.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 SKIDOOMY rights: All content (courses, videos, texts, design) is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8.2 User content: You remain the owner of your content, but grant SKIDOOMY a license to host and distribute it within the platform.

9. Liability

SKIDOOMY cannot be held liable for service interruptions, user-published content, or indirect losses. An amicable solution will always be preferred in case of dispute.
